Homecoming week is an exciting time here at Timpview, filled with vibrant dress-up days that build anticipation for the upcoming dance. This year’s theme is “There’s No Place Like Homecoming,” and each day features a different prompt, allowing students to showcase their school spirit and pride.
Monday kicked off the festivities with “Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!” Students wore various animal prints, from cheetah and zebra patterns to fun animal onesies.
On Tuesday, the theme was “Twisters,” encouraging students to wear mismatched outfits and crazy hairstyles. Many embraced the spirit with vibrant clips and ribbons, while some wore two different shoes.
Wednesday brought “Dorothy and the Scarecrow,” prompting students to adopt a western-inspired look. Cowboy boots, overalls, flannel shirts, and denim were popular choices.
Thursday’s theme, “Which Witch is Which,” invited students to twin with friends or form groups, promoting creativity through matching outfits.
Finally, Friday celebrated “No Place Like HOMEcoming.” Students were encouraged to wear orange and white in preparation for the football game against Cedar Valley, uniting the school community.
Overall, homecoming week is a time for excitement and engagement, with students demonstrating their enthusiasm and appreciation for Timpview through their creative outfits.
