No, Lil Uzi Vert did not collaborate with Mr. Chow. But in his brand new album, Eternal Atake 2, he made a song titled Mr. Chow. Eternal Atake 2 is the latest album released since Pink Tape: Level 2 that was released in 2023. Lil Uzi fans have been waiting over a year for a new album and it finally dropped on November 1, 2024.
Eternal Atake 2 is the sequel to Eternal Atake, which was released in 2020. Eternal Atake 2 has 16 songs in the album with 3 sounds that are intros. Upon listening to some of the news songs, students in the hallway were interviewed on it. The first person was Arden Johnson and she said it was “some of the best songs written since Mozzart”. She also stated that “the 14th song in the album is [her] favorite”.
People’s favorite songs from the album were also looked into. According to ratingsgamemusic.com, the top 5 are:
5. Lyft Me Up
4. Mr.Chow
3. PerkySex
2. Conceited
1. Chill Bae
They also gave this album a D+ grading nearing a C- grade. Also stating that, “this album showcases a very unapologetic and unfiltered version of the rapper. If you don’t enjoy this, you may not appreciate them as an artist”.
This music is for more mature audiences and isn’t recommended for younger listeners. Lil Uzi Vert has a darker vibe, which is one of the reasons why he is so popular. This is definitely not one of Uzi’s better albums, but he was able to release it and get 2-3 good songs out of it. Uzi and his team have also promised more music for the future and announced a tour. It will be interesting to follow along with his tour and see the mixed reaction amongst his fans. It is hoped that he will set a tour date set in Utah for those who like Lil Uzi Vert. I would rate this album a 5/10.
