Alexia “Lexi” Mancilla, a student at Provo High School, was last seen on Friday, Nov. 15, around 8:30 a.m.
While no official missing person’s report has been filed, Lexi’s friends and family have turned to social media, sharing an urgent plea for information about her whereabouts.
Her current location is unknown, but she is believed to be near Las Vegas and possibly headed toward California.
“If anyone has seen Lexi, please reach out ASAP,” wrote Tracy Montez in a post. Morgan Rose Holker, a friend of Lexi’s parents, echoed the concern, adding, “We’re praying she’s found safe.”
Her loved ones are encouraging community members to share this message to help spread awareness about Lexi. Remember, anything and everything helps.

Update (November 19): Alexia Mancilla has been found and she is safe.
