It’s Christmas time! Christmas is a wonderful time, you get to spend time with family, get a break from school, play in the snow, but another awesome thing that comes with Christmas for most people is presents! As a kid I think we would all be lying if we said we were not excited for the presents that come with Christmas. This year I interviewed kids around Timpview to see what our students wanted for christmas. 

#5: At number five our students said skiing gear. This category includes ski jackets, boots, goggles, passes, etc. Timpview student Jill Freedman had this to say about her pick,”I really want new ski gear cause there are a lot of cute ski guys in provo and I want to look good for them.” Jill is like many of the girls I interviewed. 

#4: For number four it was mobile products. A lot of our Timpview students wanted a new phone or apple watch. The apple watch can track your physical activity and I would say students are on their phones half of the day so this seemed correct. 

#3: At the third spot we got headphones. Headphones go hand and hand with our mobile devices. This included airpods, apple headphones and just any old headphones. With the ability to listen to music and listen to whatever to really whatever in private this fits perfect for teenagers. 

#2: In second place we have shoes. I mean you have to wear shoes everyday so this was expected. Zack Russ, a senior, told me this about his wish, “ Shoes are an easy way to spice up your outfit and look nice.” I would say many students would agree with this statement and that is why it is so high on the list. 

#1: Our top spot for most wanted presents for Christmas goes to clothes! Clothes dominated this list with over half of the votes. Every teenager loves clothes because it’s a way to express someone’s style and personality. With many different personalities here at Timpview we can see lots of different styles and that is something to be proud of.
