The 2025 Super Bowl took place in the New Orleans Superdome on February 9. The Philadelphia Eagles went up against the Kansas City Chiefs and won, breaking the Chief’s winning streak. Kendrick Lamar played the halftime show and it is reportedly the most-watched Super Bowl halftime of all time. Even with all of this, some of the most prominent parts of the Super Bowl for many are the commercials. Here are some of the top commercials that were in 2025s Super Bowl. 1. Nike
Nike had its first Super Bowl commercial since 1998 and they made a great comeback with a show of feminism! Female athletes such as Caitlin Clark and Sha’Carri starred in it. This empowering, black and white advertisement made a huge impact on viewers.
2. Doritos
Doritos had Dylan Bradshaw and Nate Norell star in their Super Bowl commercial after they won the $1 million contest. The plot of the commercial is that an alien tries to steal a human for a bag of Doritos. The commercial provides a nice laugh for someone who would need it, like a Chiefs fan.
3. On Cloud
This funny ad features a random duo: tennis star Roger Federer and sesame street star Elmo. The two debate about the spelling of the logo on Federer’s shoes. The funny plot sat well with viewers.
This commercial was one of my personal favorites. The ad displays girls playing against boy jocks in flag football. At the end of the commercial, the NFL introduces a girls flag football league at every high school. This concept is awesome and the commercial promoted equal sports opportunities for girls everywhere.
5. Häagen-Dazs
Fast and Furious actors, Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez eat an ice cream bar while in a cool car. They are on the beach listening to “Cruisin” by Smokey Robinson. My favorite type of commercials are the ones where movie actors portray their infamous character personas and this commercial did that exactly!
6. Coffee Mate
This Super Bowl commercial got very mixed reviews. Many liked it and many were disturbed by it. Out of all the commercials I saw during the Super Bowl, this is the one I have heard the most traction about. The commercial features two friends, one of them has a squirt of the signature Coffee Mate Cold Foam Creamer and he goes into a disturbing trance. Even if this commercial got a lot of bad reviews it still gained lots of attention nonetheless.
