Officials have reportedly taken into custody the man who allegedly shot Kirk. He has been identified as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson. Robinson reportedly had confessed to his father about committing the crime. His father then urged him to turn himself in. According to TMZ Robinson had initially refused, saying he’d rather commit suicide, later changing his mind. Robinson’s father then contacted a youth pasture who works with the U.S. Marshal for assistance. The pastor then turned Robinson in to the FBI. In a press conference Friday morning, the FBI revealed that Robinson had become radicalized. He had expressed to his family at a dinner his dislike for Kirk. A family member said Tyler claimed Kirk was “full of hate”. There were also inscriptions found on the bullets casings reading, “Hey fascist, catch”. Another stating “Bella ciao”, a reference to Italian resistance against Nazis. Robinson was arrested at his fathers house. He is currently being held without bail in a Utah jail.
Right-wing political activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed At Utah Valley University on Wednesday September 10, at around 12:10 pm.
The shot reportedly came from approximately 200 yards away striking Kirk in the neck. Moment after Kirks security carried him away and rushed him to the hospital.
At the moment Kirk’s condition is unknown. Police have reported that they do not have a suspect in custody at this time. Utah Valley University has closed down the campus and cancelled all classes.
According to reports from CNN Kirk was answering a question about mass shooters in America when he was shot.
President Trump and Vice President Vance have sent their prayer to Kirk and his family. Kirk was on the first stop of his ” Prove Me Wrong Tour ft. Charlie Kirk.”
He was set to visit more colleges and university in the coming months.

I never liked the guy, I hated his ideas and speaking methods, but he didn’t deserve this. My sympathy towards his family.
