The Ecology units. The whole world is connected and we influence it for good and bad.

This is year 6. 1 year at Provo Canyon School, 4 years at Centennial Middle School, 1 year here at Timpview.

This is my first year at Timpview
What’s your favorite thing about teaching?
I got into teaching to help people understand the world around them and to help them know enough to change it.
What’s your favorite thing about Timpview?
Our Science Department’s willingness to work together and get along. Then the students that I have developed relationships with over the past 5 years.
What’s the hardest thing about teaching?
When students do not care about their learning or if students just give up. I cannot motivate all students. Those who do not want to be motivated especially, even though I try.
Why do you keep teaching?
I stay teaching for the people I work with and the students who have curiosity and desire to learn. I often lean on the reality that there are many lives I can impact for the better every day.
