The experience starts before you even walk in the door since it is set up in a red and black circus tent. The line may be long, but that doesn’t matter here. There is a performance that takes place on the stage located in front of the line while you wait your turn to be spooked. As for the haunted house part itself, it’s pretty fun but definitely not the scariest. There are actors who jump scare you throughout the experience, but it is a no touch haunted house. Fear Factory is ranked #3 by Buzzfeed and #10 by the USA today in the country. It is one of the top haunted houses in the whole country and for good reason. As soon as you park you are immersed into a spooky experience, the building itself is creepy as it is a run down factory that is considered to be actually haunted. It is a huge building that has multiple floors of different scares, there are so many themes and you get fully immersed into them. If you are wanting a good scare, and maybe even a real one, this is the place for you.
- Castle of Chaos
Castle of Chaos is a great experience with multiple attractions, there is the haunted house and they have escape rooms. When you first buy your tickets you can pick from 5 levels of fear. It ranges from #1 being no touch and barely any scare all the way to #5 where you can get bagged, restrained, moved, and separated from your group. #5 is the ultimate thrill because you sign that they can do whatever they want. Castle of Chaos is known for being one of the top haunted houses in Utah because it is so thrilling and chilling. If you are looking for the ultimate scare this is the place to go.
