Boys Basketball rankings were released yesterday (Nov. 13) by Deseret News, as the annual high school boys basketball season looms near in the future. Timpview Boys Basketball was ranked in second place, only behind the Olympus Titans, but ranked ahead of the Highland Rams, Orem Tigers, and the Springville Red Devils.
Timpview looks ahead to a very exciting season. The T-Birds are led by new head coach Bradley Kitchen, who has shaken things up, created an amazing environment and hopes to set up the Thunderbirds up for success. When Senior Braxton Wilkerson was asked about the upcoming season, he simply said “We ready, we ready for sure”. The T-Birds have compiled an impressive home-grown roster, featuring recent BYU commits Dean Rueckert and Will Openshaw.
The upcoming season is bringing a new spark to the school, and quickly becoming the talk of the town. T-Birds should be ready to show up for their team, and expect a spectacular season.
