This Friday, (November 21st) Timpview will take on the Timpanogos Timberwolves in their second game of the season. This comes following an impressive 75-58 win at Bingham High this past Tuesday. This win showcased two of Timpview’s biggest talents, Dean Rueckert and Will Openshaw, who combined for 52 of the teams 75 points. Timpview was without Senior starters Mason Ford and Jackson Palmer, and are hoping to have the back as soon as possible.

Timpanogos is currently 0-1 on the year, after a tough 45-56 to Orem High. The Timberwolves were lead by Senior Jaxen McCuistion, who rallied 25 points, and was backed up by Senior Forest Corner-Bettwieser who threw on 6 of his own. This summer, Timpanogos lost one of their key players, Cooper Harris, who transferred to Orem High.

Timpview has great chances this weekend, with Timpanogos lacking on both sides of the ball. Their main focus should be Jaxen, who is easily the Timberwolves biggest threat. It shouldn’t be too much trouble for the T-Birds to stay undefeated on the year.
