This Wednesday Timpview boys basketball will take on the American Fork Cavemen at 2 pm at Pleasant Grove High School.
The Thunderbirds come into the game 2-0 with their latest win coming from a 69-39 victory over the Timpanogos Timberwolves. Dean Rueckert will lead the Thunderbirds, averaging 27 points per game so far this season. He is then followed by Will Openshaw who averages 18 points per game and Lincoln Holcombe who averages 8 points per game.
The American Fork Cavemen started the season with a 59-63 loss to the Bingham Miners. The Cavemen are led by seniors Jax Clark and Bryce Mella who both average 19 points per game. They are then followed by junior Jax Oiler who averages 10 points per game.
This is sure to be an exciting game with these two star studded teams going toe to toe.
