Timpview football had a great season making it all the way to the State Championship. The team was led by some of the top athletes not only in the state but in the nation as well. All-American Spencer Fano who is a four-star Offensive Tackle held a total of 27 offers. Siale Esera who is a three-star Edge Rusher held a total of 20 offers. Now that their senior season is over, where will they go?

Spencer Fano had a great season this year. He had offers from many Division 1 schools, with his top 4 interests Clemson, Utah, Michigan, and Oregon. Spencerfano has been on official visits to all four schools living the life of a football recruit. With many thoughts and consideration, Fano decided that staying in the state of Utah would be best as he announced his commitment to the University of Utah. Spencer received an NIL deal from Utah with his older brother Logan Fano who is a Timpview alumni. Fano has been invited to the Under Armour All-American Bowl and the Polynesian Bowl. He plans to attend both bowls in the spring. Fano plans to graduate early and possibly start attending in the spring.

Siale Esera led the Timpview defense through a great season. Esera had many offers with a total of 20 offers. He is ranked the 42nd-best Edge Rusher in the nation for the class of 2023. Esera’s top 4 of his 20 offers were Utah, BYU, UCLA, and Oregon. He too decided to stay in Utah but go to the rival school of Fano’s at Brigham Young University. Siale Esera plans to graduate early with the possibility of serving an LDS mission. Siale went on official visits to BYU and UCLA.

These two will be great players and very fun to watch at the next level. The rivalry between BYU and Utah will continue and these two will be going head to head against each other.
